My name is Jason Mayo and I am the Owner and Vice President of the blog Out-Numbered.

Normally, I'm cursing a lot and making a complete fool out of myself; so I totally understand if you don't trust me. But I'm asking you to listen for a second and listen hard.

    Every year for Halloween the kids leave all their candy on the front porch for the Halloween Witch. She takes all the candy (except for a few favorites) and trades it for a cool prize. I know what that prize will be this year, and how fitting that the book relates to eating healthy. Win. Win.

Men are simple creatures. We like steak and Doritos and tools. We don't like satin sheets or hairspray. We despise area rugs and/or tapestries and we absolutely loathe speed walking.
